I recognise that training needs are personal– that’s why I offer individualized one-on-one training sessions to help you achieve your fitness goals. My training sessions most often take place at planet fitness near you. But can also take place in your home, or outdoor spaces such as parks, giving you the advantage of training wherever works best for you and your schedule.
